Greenest Green Cleansing Tonic
Sip on this juice tonic of avocados, cucumbers, and celery that are bursting with antioxidants and vitamin C. These foods can help protect your body against infections and bacteria that can cause illnesses. The best part is you can make an entire pitcher to last all day.
1–2 cups water
1 stalk of celery, coarsely chopped
4 dark green Romaine lettuce leaves
¼ cup parsley or cilantro, chopped
½ lemon, peeled and seeds removed
Pinch of sea salt
In a blender, blend all ingredients on high. Add a few ice cubes if desired.
