Cilantro Black Bean Avo Toast

Who doesn’t LOVE avocado toast!? The simplicity of ingredients makes it a breakfast that’s easy to whip up while the variations of delicious pairings are endless.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 slice whole wheat, Ezekiel or gluten free bread
  • 1 half mashed avocado
  • 1 sprig cilantro
  • 2 Tbs. black beans
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • dash of sea salt
  • 1 wedge of lime, squeezed over the toast

Preparation
STEP 1: Toast the bread.
STEP 2: Spread the avocado and add remaining ingredients!
