Add some beautiful colors to your plate by chopping up this salad full of healthy greens for a side dish your body will love.
This Avocado Salad from Sanoviv is surprisingly powerful thanks to its nutritious ingredients:
Avocados can help lower LDL cholesterol levels while raising HDL levels.
Cilantro is packed with flavour and its dark-green leaves are full of antioxidants, essential oils, vitamins, and dietary fibre.
The fresh jicama, tomato, onion, and lemon juice add bursts of refreshing flavour with every bite.

Avocado Salad
Servings: 4
2 ripe avocados, cubed
1 cup jicama, cubed
1 cup tomato, chopped
¼ cup onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
¼ tsp. unrefined sea salt
Mix all the ingredients in bowl, adding the avocado last. Serve immediately or, for extra flavour, let sit for 15 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
